The Gemeentemuseum (municipal museum) in The Hague is a building that architect Willem Dudok designed. I was so impressed by its beauty that I almost forgot to look at the museum’s collection.
Luckily I didn’t forget. In the permanent collection you’ll find works of Mondrian, Picasso, Kandinsky, Monet, Van Gogh, Degas, and so on.
There are also several Period Rooms where you can gaze at magnificent historic Dutch interiors.
